# Connect ChatGPT

> Add Splot to ChatGPT as a custom app with Developer mode, in the ChatGPT app or on chatgpt.com.

You need ChatGPT Plus or Pro. Business, Enterprise and Education accounts can connect too, if their workspace allows it. ChatGPT adds custom apps through Developer mode.

1. Go to **Settings** → **Security and login** and turn on **Developer mode**.
2. Open **Plugins** and choose **+** to add a custom app. Name it Splot, enter `https://app.splot.health/mcp` and choose **OAuth**.
3. Sign in to Splot with Apple or Google, whichever you use in the Splot app, then choose **Allow access**.
4. In a new chat, choose **Developer mode** from the **+** menu and select Splot.

Try "Had two eggs and toast for breakfast". The meal appears in your journal.
