# Connect Claude

> Add Splot to Claude as a custom connector, in the Claude app or on claude.ai.

You need a Claude account on the Free, Pro or Max plan. Free allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, a workspace owner adds Splot first.

1. In a chat, choose **+** → **Connectors** → **Add connector** → **Add custom connector**.
2. Name it Splot, enter `https://app.splot.health/mcp` and choose **Continue**. Keep the detected settings and choose **Add**.
3. Sign in to Splot with Apple or Google, whichever you use in the Splot app, then choose **Allow access**.
4. Splot is now on in **+** → **Connectors**. Ask Claude to log a meal or plan your day.

Try "Plan a dinner that fits my targets". The plan appears in your journal.
