The meals you cook most are worth getting right. An assistant can suggest swaps and portions that fit your targets, and a food journal works out what each version really contains.
Save it once
Tell your assistant the ingredients and how many servings the recipe makes:
“Save my overnight oats recipe: 80 g oats, 250 ml oat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, a handful of blueberries. Makes two servings.”
Your assistant finds each ingredient in Splot’s food data, and Splot adds up the calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving from the ingredients. The recipe is saved to your foods, so it’s there in every chat and in the Splot app.
Ask for changes
Now the reasoning part. Ask for what you’re after, and let your assistant suggest changes:
- “Make it higher in protein without changing the taste much.”
- “Cut it to about 300 kcal a serving.”
- “Make it dairy-free.”
- “Scale it to four servings for the week.”
Ask it to save the result as a new version, so the original stays as it was. Splot works out the new version’s nutrition from its ingredients, so you can compare the two side by side.
Use it
- “Had a serving of my high-protein oats.” Your assistant logs it with the saved nutrition.
- “I have 450 kcal left today. Which of my recipes fits, and how much of it?”
- “Plan my breakfasts this week using my oats recipes.”
