You need ChatGPT Plus or Pro. Business, Enterprise and Education accounts can connect too, if their workspace allows it. ChatGPT adds custom apps through Developer mode.

1. Go to Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
2. Open Plugins and choose + to add a custom app. Name it Splot, enter https://app.splot.health/mcp and choose OAuth.
3. Sign in to Splot with Apple or Google, whichever you use in the Splot app, then choose Allow access.
4. In a new chat, choose Developer mode from the + menu and select Splot.

Try “Had two eggs and toast for breakfast”. The meal appears in your journal.
