Read meals
Reads your meals, newest first, by day, date range or state.
READlist_meals
Your assistant uses it to look back at your days, to check what you planned, and to make sure a meal was saved before saying so.
It takes the same input as List meals in the API.

What your assistant is told
Section titled “What your assistant is told”The tool’s own instructions, word for word, as every assistant receives them.
Read the person's saved meals, newest first. Filter by day, by fromDay and toDay (inclusive local dates) for a range such as a week, or by from and to timestamps, and optionally by state to see plans or eaten meals. Only meals in a result exist; never claim others do.
